3) U.S. Returns

  • For return requests, please email support@overxero.com with your order number.

  • We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide you with the correct U.S. return facility address.

  • Unauthorized returns sent to the Vietnam office cannot be processed.

  • Check your order confirmation email for tracking links.

  • If you created an account, you can also log in to My Account to see your order history and status.
